4th Annual ChariTee Day - October 15, 2008

What is the Charitee Day Fund Raiser?
This exciting fundraiser is devoted to Champaign County 501 (c) (3) Organizations. Non-profit organizations will be designated and will be given an opportunity to not only raise awareness of their goals and purpose, but to give them a venue to raise much needed funding for their organization.

How will Money be Raised?
Funding would be acquired in three ways:

1) Each of the Charities will be able to find players to play on the day of the event, sell hole sponsorships, or just raise awareness for their organization.  The players will then write a check for their entry directly to the charity. The choice is theirs, we want to provide the venue to promote their organization and help raise funds for their cause. The staff at Stone Creek is prepared to work with the organizations, as needed, to create new and exiting ideas and most importantly create consistency throughout the event.

2) All proceeds from the day, including greens fee, cart rental, driving range revenues and any profits from food and beverage will be donated 100% back to the registered charities. Greens fees based on 124 players at $75 per we would estimate in excess of $9,300 going back to the charities. The amount each charity raises will be directly related to the efforts put forth in finding players to play in the days events and selling of hole sponsorships.

3) Corporate Sponsorships - Monies raised from this category of donation will be split evenly with all registered charities.

Registration and fees must be complete and returned by October 8, 2008

How Can You Participate in Charitee Days?
Foursome Registration $300
Individual Registration $85
Friend of the Charity Donation $25
Hole Sponsor $250

Registration will be limited to the first 31 paid foursomes. While attempts to accommodate groups of less than 4 will be made, foursomes will be given priority.

What is Included For My Golf Registration?

Greens Fee and Cart Rental for 18 Holes Complimentary non-alcoholic Beverages from Pepsi Lunch cook-out compliments of Kennedy’s at Stone Creek Driving Range usage before your round of Golf 1 Sleeve of Golf Balls

Each player will have an opportunity to win prizes valued from $10 up to $300

Where does the Money Raised go?
100% of the proceeds from Charitee Day will go to support Champaign County Organizations.

Is Charitee Day a Golf Tournament or Scramble?
Charitee Day is not a Traditional Charity Fundraiser.  Charitee Day is a fun day of golf to support local organizations where 100% of your registration goes to the charities.

How Do I Secure a Spot?
Fill out the registration form along with your check payable to the Champaign County Charity of your choice and mail it to Stone Creek Golf Club. When we receive your paid entry we will call you. Or come to Stone Creek Golf Club with your paid entry.
